Attendance depends on the agreed scope, scale and stage of work. It may involve scheduled visits or a dedicated team. Frequency and required disciplines need to be stated clearly.
Does supervision include approval of materials and shop drawings?
It can include review and recommendations, or approval where that authority is expressly assigned within the appointment. The review and decision route is defined with the owner and relevant parties.
